What Mindprint is

A shop and a generator. You can buy apparel printed with a seamless pattern from the catalog, or type a prompt, have a pattern made for you, and see it on garments before you buy. Every garment is printed to order by one of our print partners, Printful or Printify, and shipped straight to you.

Your account

You can shop without an account; buying creates one from the email you give at checkout. You can also sign in with a passkey — no password to remember. Keep your account to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You need to be 18 or older to buy.

Generating patterns

Type a prompt and we make patterns from it. They land in your run on Mindprint, where you — and anyone you share a link with — can see them and order products with them. They are not listed anywhere until then. After three days the run’s best results join the public catalog, where anyone can find them.

Don’t prompt for things you have no right to use — someone’s name or face, a brand’s logo or characters — or for anything hateful or unlawful. We screen what is generated, and we can remove any pattern, run or account. By generating, you let us show the result, print it, sell products with it and use it to promote Mindprint. Generating a pattern does not make it yours; buying does.

Owning a pattern

The first person to buy any product made with a pattern owns that pattern. Ownership is automatic and costs nothing beyond the order. As the owner you decide, from the pattern’s page or your profile, whether anyone else can order it: open to everyone, open with a markup you set, or exclusive to you. You can change your mind at any time; orders already paid for stand.

What ownership is: a right on Mindprint, kept by us. AI-made images generally can’t be copyrighted, so we don’t promise you a copyright. We promise that on Mindprint the pattern is yours to control, and to the extent any rights in it exist, we assign them to you.

Ownership follows the order. If the order that made you the owner is canceled, refunded in full or charged back, the pattern passes to the next person who has paid for a product with it — or becomes unowned if there is nobody — and any markup it earned you goes with it. A replacement or refund for a defect does not count against you. If your account is closed, the patterns it owns pass the same way.

Earning

If you set a markup on a pattern you own, the markup on every sale of it to someone else is yours. Some garments include a small inside tag with a link to their pattern and your code. The same link is on your profile; orders that arrive through it earn you a share. What you earn shows on your profile as pending. Payouts are coming; until then your balance is safe and stays yours.

Buying

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is placed when your payment goes through, and that is also the moment a pattern is claimed. We can refuse or cancel an order — if we can’t print it, a price was plainly wrong, or a pattern was removed — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Because every garment is printed for you, an order can’t be changed or canceled once it is paid. If you spot a mistake — the wrong size, a typo in the address — write to hello@mindprint.ai straight away and we’ll try to catch it before it prints. We ship within the United States.

Shipping

Each garment is printed after you order, then handed to a carrier. You can follow it on your order page, tracking included. We don’t promise delivery dates. Please check your address: a parcel sent to the address you gave counts as delivered.

If something’s wrong

Arrived damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered? We’ll replace it, or refund it if we can’t. Open the order under your orders, choose Report a problem, and add a photo or two. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Because garments are made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind or a size that doesn’t fit.

What you can’t do

Don’t break the site, scrape it, run bots against it, impersonate anyone, or use Mindprint for anything unlawful. Don’t copy the catalog’s images or use the patterns outside the products you buy here. If you do, we can close your account.

What’s ours

The site, its design, and the way patterns are made and shown are ours. The patterns in the catalog are Mindprint’s to sell unless an owner has closed one. Anything you write on your profile stays yours; you let us show it here.

The fine print, kept short

We work hard to keep Mindprint running and accurate, but we can’t promise it always will be. Beyond replacing or refunding an order that went wrong, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for the order in question, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the courts there.

Changes

When these terms change we update the date at the top. If it’s a change that matters, we’ll say so on the site or by email.
