Verdant Orbit gathers hand-painted rings into a tiled field of emerald, jade, teal, mint and deep forest green, their rounded layers rippling from the scoop neckline through the fitted bodice and down the skirt. Tiny triangular accents sharpen the near-black ground, while the continuous rhythm gives the dress a sense of movement even at rest. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh flared skirt. Its softly swinging hem lets the agate-like pattern widen into a dark green ripple around the legs.
