Tidal Confetti sends electric cyan, violet, magenta and peach forms swirling across the dress, their black ink-like outlines tracing watery shapes from the scoop neckline through the bodice and out over the flared skirt. Fine speckles break up the color, while pale peach pools and bright blue currents keep the field in motion.
