Kohn's Whirl brings diagonal strokes of charcoal, steel blue and smoky gray into collision with ember red, blazing orange and flashes of gold. The brushwork sweeps from shoulder to hem, with bright pools and dark oval marks breaking across the bodice, waist and skirt for a sense of movement. The bodycon dress has a close silhouette, made from smooth microfiber yarn with four-way stretch. Its sleeveless shape leaves the artwork uninterrupted across the front, while the saturated color gives the fitted line the atmosphere of a moving canvas.
