How long does this take to ship?

About 1-2 weeks since each product is personally customized, custom printed, manually checked and then packaged to be sent. It's a bit long, but worth the wait!

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We're flexible because we want you to be happy and build your wardrobe. If there's ever a quality issue with the pattern not printing right, we offer refunds. Since everything is custom though, we don't offer refunds for "changes in mind" or changes in print after order.

Are these product sustainably made?

We follow every available environmental standards with our reputable production lines. Also, always opt to use recycled materials when available!
