How long does this take to ship?

About 1-2 weeks since each product is personally customized, custom printed, manually checked and then packaged to be sent. It's a bit long, but worth the wait!

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We're flexible because we want you to be happy and build your wardrobe. If there's ever a quality issue with the pattern not printing right, we offer refunds. Since everything is custom though, we don't offer refunds for "changes in mind" or changes in print after order.
