Yuan Whirls begins in a field of scattered white stars, where cyan, violet, fuchsia, lime, orange and yellow ribbons coil into vivid, fluid shapes. On the front, larger whorls gather through the center and lower half, while smaller currents and open stretches of space continue over the top and sides; the same stream of color carries around the bag. The minimalist backpack has a clean, rounded silhouette in polyester, with a silky lining, soft mesh back and padded ergonomic straps. A separate laptop pocket sits inside, with a hidden zipped pocket at the back. It reads like a small piece of midnight sky in motion.
