Wonderland Court is a dark, richly detailed storybook of children, white rabbits, cards, gilt frames and tea-table scenes, set against aubergine with ruby, sapphire, emerald and ivory accents. The figures turn and tumble along the long shape, repeating on both sides so that a new vignette appears with each step. These crew socks have a soft ribbed leg and a close, stretchy fit, with cushioned soles underfoot. They are the sort of small flourish that lets a rabbit, a card or a girl in a red chair emerge beneath a trouser hem.
