The motifs travel continuously from the waistband across the flared skirt, so the color shifts as the hem moves. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric, a mid-thigh length and an elastic waistband, with an overlock finish and coverstitch hemline. Its soft, easy flare gives the artwork room to ripple, like a bouquet caught in a current.
