Ultraviolet River sends fluorescent currents over the backpack in a continuous midnight field: cobalt, indigo, magenta, chartreuse, orange and molten gold coil into marbled ribbons, scattered speckles and orb-like forms. A turquoise oval glows near the upper front, while gold spirals and sweeping yellow bands gather lower down, giving the rectangular silhouette motion from top to base. The minimalist backpack is made from water-resistant polyester, with a soft mesh back, padded ergonomic straps and a silky lining. Inside, a large pocket includes a separate 15-inch laptop compartment; a zipped pocket hides on the back. It carries its color like a small piece of night in motion.
