Thornfruit Canopy gathers spiky seed pods into a dense woodland ground, its olive, moss and chartreuse greens broken by ochre and warm brown. The motifs sit closely across the front, rising from the hem to the elastic waist in a continuous, richly textured field that gives the flared shape plenty of movement. This mid-thigh skater skirt is made from smooth polyester with elastane, and has an elastic waistband, overlock seams and a coverstitch hemline. In motion, its dark botanical surface opens and closes like a small canopy around the legs.
