Thornbone Grove is a dense gothic wilderness of thorned branches, skeletal faces and twisted forms, rendered in charcoal, sage, icy mint and bruised violet. The branches sweep diagonally across the front while smaller etched faces and organic shapes gather between them, giving the pattern a restless, tangled rhythm. The men's board shorts have a relaxed straight silhouette in polyester with spandex, with side pockets, a flap-covered rear pocket and an adjustable drawcord waistband. Against the dark ground, the white cord cuts through like a small flash of light, leaving the shorts poised between the shoreline and a shadowy woodland.
