The Neon Unknown turns liquid ribbons of cyan, violet, fuchsia, yellow and scarlet through a deep midnight-blue field, with small flecks of light scattered between the curling forms. The motifs sweep vertically and diagonally across the skirt, gathering into bright loops and paisley-like flashes near the waist and hem rather than settling into a fixed repeat. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric, a mid-thigh length and a flared silhouette, finished with an elastic waistband and coverstitch hemline. It moves like a small whirl of color around the legs.
