Stardust Slate begins with a charcoal-gray field scattered in white: pinpricks, small chips and a few brighter crescent-like marks drift across the leg, foot and sole in a restrained, starry rhythm. These are crew socks with a soft ribbed leg and a clean black cuff, toe and heel that give the pattern definition. Polyester with spandex brings stretch, while the cushioned soles add substance underfoot. Worn with cropped trousers or sneakers, the flecks appear and disappear as you move, like a small night sky at the ankle.
