Sonic Paint sends electric cyan, cobalt, violet, scarlet, orange and acid yellow through a deep black ground, its molten, painterly shapes curling densely from the waistband to the mid-thigh hem. The skater skirt has a flared silhouette in smooth fabric with a soft, flexible feel, while the elastic waistband keeps the line clean at the waist. The color field shifts with the flare, so each step sets another ribbon of cyan or violet against the dark ground.
