Solar Fronds turns foliage into a moving abstract: lime and citron leaves swell across the midnight-navy ground, while turquoise shapes, coral stems and saffron bands weave from the ribbed tops down to the toes. The crew socks have a close, flexible silhouette in polyester and spandex, with a soft ribbed leg and cushioned soles. The artwork shifts as the socks move, bringing large rounded leaves to one side and sharper, ink-like fronds to the other. Worn with simple trousers or bare legs, they read like two bright flashes of a night garden.
