Signal Storm begins in a black ground threaded with acid-lime, cyan, cobalt, violet and ember-orange: curls, shards and liquid contours crowd the surface, with bright highlights and ink-dark outlines pulling the eye from the waistband to the mid-thigh hem. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric and a flared silhouette, with an elastic waistband that keeps the shape easy to wear.
