The color gathers densely across the bodice, streams around the waist and breaks into smaller, flickering shapes through the flared skirt, keeping the eye moving to the hem. The sleeveless skater dress has a scoop neckline, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh skirt in smooth, elastic polyester. It moves with a light swing, like a bright current caught in motion.
