Sapphire Current sets electric cobalt globes into a dense flow of turquoise, copper, russet and ochre, with liquid contours winding across the high waist, hips and legs. The close-fitting leggings have a high rise and a smooth, stretchy hand with a mild compression feel, while one pocket on each side keeps the practical details discreet. Made from polyester and elastane, they follow the body without interrupting the artwork’s movement. Against simple separates, the cobalt orbs seem to drift from the waist to the ankle, like light suspended in a current.
