The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic fabric that follows the waist before opening into a mid-thigh hem; the print keeps moving as the skirt swings, with bright yellow and orange ribbons breaking through the deeper blues and purples. An elastic waistline keeps the shape defined, leaving the whole dress in motion even at rest.
