Sable Currents sends charcoal, black and soft-gray ribbons across the board shorts, their layered bands bending around cracked grids and dense crosshatching. The lines gather into darker, woven-looking fields at the waist and upper legs, then stream diagonally towards the hems, where pale breaks cut through the pattern. The board shorts have a straight, relaxed silhouette in polyester with spandex, an adjustable drawcord waistband and side pockets on both sides. A rear pocket with a flap adds a practical detail. Against the leg, the artwork reads like moving graphite: structured, but never still.
