Rainbow Riot is a dense, liquid marbling of turquoise, fuchsia, violet, cobalt, acid yellow and tangerine, its hand-painted ribbons curling and surging in every direction. The color gathers in tighter swirls at the waist and loosens into longer strokes through the flared skirt, so the pattern seems to ripple as the hem moves. The skater skirt has a smooth polyester-and-elastane fabric, a mid-thigh length and an elastic waistband. Its easy flare gives the vivid surface room to move, like a small current of color around the legs.
