Quesnel's Vortex begins in a deep indigo ground, where lime, cyan, violet and hot-magenta ribbons coil in broad, luminous arcs from waist to hem. The largest rings sweep across the front, threaded with finer, loose lines and glossy painterly marks that give the surface a sense of motion; the pattern continues around the skirt. The pencil skirt sits at the mid waist and follows a close, clean silhouette. Polyester with spandex gives the fabric a soft, comfortable feel, while the stretch makes the shape easy to wear. It brings a pulse of neon to a simple top.
