Planetary Ribbons begins in deep charcoal, where citron, ochre, coral, turquoise, lavender and electric-blue ribbons curl into liquid planetary rings. Circular, marbled motifs cluster across the front and continue around the legs, threaded with fine contour lines and small star-like flecks. The swim trunks have a straightforward short silhouette in four-way-stretch water-repellent microfiber, with an elastic waistband and drawcord. Mesh pockets, a small inside pocket for valuables and an anti-chafe mesh inner liner keep the design practical. The result is a moving field of color from waist to hem.
