Pastel Riot packs lemon yellow, blush pink, lavender and coral ribbons into a near-black field, their ink-like contours twisting in every direction from cuff to toe. The dense, hand-painted abstraction gives the socks a jolt of psychedelic movement, with no quiet patch to interrupt the color. They are crew socks with a soft ribbed leg, a close, flexible fit and breathable stretchy polyester with spandex. Cushioned soles add substance underfoot, while the dark ground lets the brighter marks flicker around the ankle and shoe like a small electric current.
