Painterly Void brings cobalt, teal, ember orange, scarlet and ultraviolet into fluid vertical strokes, scattered with star-like flecks and dark creature-like forms that surface through the color. On the skater skirt, the dense movement follows the flare from the elastic waistband to the mid-thigh hem, with blue passages and shadowed silhouettes breaking through the brighter orange and red. The smooth polyester-and-elastane fabric has a clean, fluid hand, while the elastic waistband keeps the shape easy to wear. It swings like a small piece of cosmic weather around the legs.
