Painted Lightning is a restless field of cobalt and violet strokes, slashed through with acid yellow, emerald green, hot pink, orange and ink-black marks. The movement runs diagonally from the waistband down the legs, with yellow and green bursts breaking across the front and continuing around the sides. The men's board shorts have a straight, relaxed silhouette in polyester with spandex, an adjustable drawcord waistband and side pockets on both sides, plus a flap pocket at the rear. Against the saturated ground, the white cord reads like a clean interruption in the color.
