Origami Aviary sends a flock of faceted cranes across the chocolate-brown ground, their turquoise, cobalt, coral, blush pink, ivory and molten-orange forms shifting direction from waist to hem. Larger turquoise and orange birds punctuate the front, while smaller folded shapes fill the spaces between, giving the skirt a sense of flight. The pencil skirt sits at the mid waist and follows the body in soft polyester with spandex, finished with a white thread color and a printed black care label. It brings a bright, kinetic rhythm to a simple top and sharpens the walk.
