Opal Thunder begins in ink-black, where electric turquoise, molten gold, coral and violet strokes gather into a fluid diagonal rush. The painterly marks flare across the front and continue over the curved top and sides, with darker pockets of color framing the brighter current. The minimalist backpack has a clean, rounded silhouette in water-resistant polyester, a silky lining and a soft mesh back. Inside, a large compartment includes a separate pocket for a 15-inch laptop; a zipped pocket is concealed at the back. Worn over the shoulders, it carries its own small storm of color.
