Oceanic Voltage sends turquoise, cobalt, lime, gold and hot coral ribbons through an ink-indigo field, with loose loops, scratched textures and starry flecks flowing from the waistband to the hem. On the front, bright currents arc across the upper skirt before pooling into curling bands near the lower edge, leaving pockets of midnight color between them. The skater skirt has a flared, mid-thigh silhouette in smooth polyester and elastane, with an elastic waistband and a coverstitch hemline. In motion, its neon currents open and close like light across water.
