Obsidian Flame begins in darkness: fine, etched ribbons of amber, ochre and burnished gold coil into a dense marbled field, their narrow paths breaking and regrouping across the front and around the legs. The swim trunks have a clean, mid-thigh silhouette in four-way stretch, water-repellent microfiber, with an elastic waistband and drawcord. Mesh pockets sit at the sides, joined by a small inside pocket for valuables; an anti-chafe mesh inner liner keeps the finish considered. Against black, the gold lines move like heat caught beneath stone.
