Neptune’s Static brings electric cobalt waves and fractured white lightning into a stormy underwater scene, with the bronze trident sweeping across the front, fish and shadowy birds scattered through the blue, and inked grasses rising along the hem. The smooth polyester-and-elastane skater skirt has a flared shape, mid-thigh length and an elastic waistband. Black hatching gives the artwork a rough graphic-novel edge, while the skirt’s movement lets the lightning and grasses shift as you walk. It lands somewhere between sea myth and late-night electricity.
