Neptune’s Static brings electric cobalt waves, fractured white lightning and bold bronze tridents into a restless storm: darting fish, birds and hand-inked grasses sweep across the hips, thighs and calves, while black hatching deepens the vintage graphic-novel mood. The leggings have a tight, high-waisted silhouette in soft, stretchy polyester with a mild compression feel. One pocket sits on each side, discreetly following the line of the leg. Against white trainers, the bronze shapes flash through the blue like relics rising from dark water.
