Neon Tidal Burst sends turquoise, cobalt, flame orange, lemon yellow and crimson through glossy organic shapes, rounded bubbles and fluid brush marks; the dense pattern wraps from crown to brim, with yellow and turquoise forms breaking through the cobalt ground.
