Neon Tidal Bloom sends coral, lime, turquoise, violet and molten-gold strokes in long, leaflike sweeps across the skirt, with orbital loops, painterly specks and small starry flecks breaking through the midnight ground. The flared skater silhouette falls to mid-thigh, giving the fluid artwork room to shift as the skirt moves. Its smooth fabric has a clean, close surface, while the elastic waistband keeps the shape easy to wear. Under the color, the dark ground gives the swirling motifs a night-sky depth.
