Neon Rumble packs electric turquoise, blazing orange, acid yellow and creamy white into a black ground of spirals, discs, shards and hand-drawn marks. The pattern keeps moving across the shorts: orange rings and looping forms cluster through the front, turquoise discs punctuate the field, and larger turquoise shapes land near the upper right and lower leg, while fine white marks break up the darker areas. The board shorts have a straight, relaxed cut in polyester and spandex, with an adjustable drawcord waistband, two side pockets and a rear pocket with a flap. A white cord sharpens the busy, beach-bound image.
