Neon Petal Riot is a riot of petal-like ribbons and small jewel-like fragments, its turquoise, acid lime, yellow, violet, magenta and coral forms curling from waist to hem over black. Long yellow and turquoise sweeps break up the field, while purple and pink contours gather into floral knots along the front.
