Neon Pebble Garden begins with electric cobalt currents threading through a dense scatter of rounded, organic shapes: citrus yellow, coral, orchid, aqua and pearl flicker across the high waist, hips and long, close-fitting legs in a liquid mosaic. The leggings have a high-waisted, tight silhouette in soft, stretchy polyester with a mild compression feel, and a pocket sits on each side. The color shifts with every bend, turning a walk, workout or simple layered look into a moving garden of light.
