Neon Nebula Reef maps a deep indigo star field with electric turquoise forms, hot magenta and violet bursts, acid-yellow tracery and molten-orange lines. The motifs coil horizontally around the pencil skirt, with a turquoise, eye-like form settling near the upper front and denser reef-like strokes gathering through the middle and lower sections. Cut close to the body with a mid-waist fit, the skirt is made from soft polyester with spandex for stretch. Its hem curves gently at the front, giving the vivid composition a little movement as it falls.
