Neon Marbles sends turquoise, cyan, violet, fuchsia and golden yellow ribbons in liquid currents from the shoulder straps through the bodice and down the skirt, with fine painterly lines tightening around a deep indigo center at the waist. The bodycon dress follows the figure with a scoop neckline, wide shoulder straps and a knee-grazing hem.
