Neon Impression begins in electric navy and icy white, then breaks into cobalt, scarlet, lemon yellow, magenta and lime: glossy discs, rings and rounded fragments cluster across the front, while elongated shards and bright ovals pull the eye down the flared shape. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric hand, an elastic waistband and a mid-thigh hem, with the print continuing around the garment in a single lively field. Its soft flare gives the dense color room to move, like a small abstract painting in motion.
