Neon Galaxy Whirl is a dense violet-and-fuchsia whirl of turquoise ribbons, acid-green flashes and molten-yellow marks, held together by indigo lines. The forms sweep around the pencil skirt, with looping bands crossing the front and smaller geometric and organic motifs filling the space from waistband to hem. Cut close to the body with a mid-waist fit, it is made from soft polyester with spandex for stretch. The clean waistband and gently curved hem keep the vivid surface composed, letting the colors do their restless, playful work.
