Neon Comet Riot is a rush of electric citron comets, glowing orbs, starbursts and hand-drawn lightning against inky cobalt. The motifs tumble vertically across the shorts, with larger luminous forms breaking through the front and smaller stars and scratched marks filling the spaces between. The board shorts have a relaxed, straight silhouette in polyester with spandex, and the adjustable drawcord waistband is finished with a white cord that stands out against the print.
