Neon Collage is a dense field of angular ribbons in electric turquoise, acid green, cobalt, magenta, orange and yellow, with rough-edged zigzags threading from the elastic waistband to the hem in constant visual motion. The skater skirt has a flared, mid-thigh silhouette in smooth polyester and elastane, with an elastic waistband that keeps the waistline clean and easy to wear. As the skirt swings, the interlocking color blocks open and close like fragments of a moving collage.
