Neon Cipher turns the shoes into a field of cobalt and cyan motion: fine scan lines and binary-like marks stream across the toes, quarters and tongues, with hot magenta flickering through the darker blue ground. The low lace-up shape keeps the effect grounded, while the polyester canvas upper, breathable lining and padded collar and tongue make the design easy to wear. An EVA rubber outsole and removable insole add practical detail; matching blue laces would continue the pattern, but the white pair shown gives the colors their sharpest contrast.
