The sleeveless skater dress has a fitted waist, a mid-thigh flared skirt and a smooth, elastic fabric that follows the body before releasing into motion. An elastic waistline keeps the shape defined, while the rounded neckline leaves the artwork to carry the focus. It moves like a small piece of neon architecture in motion.
