Neon Bloomstorm begins with luminous rosette-like blooms and molten tendrils, where cyan, cobalt, violet, scarlet and acid green coil around glossy black apertures. The dense pattern travels across the skirt, with larger blue and purple blooms gathering through the front and smaller, vivid forms threading toward the hem. The skater skirt has a mid-thigh length and a softly flared silhouette in smooth polyester and elastane. Its elastic waistband keeps the line clean and comfortable at the waist, while the coverstitch hem gives the edge a neat finish. In motion, the colors open and close like neon flowers.
