Neer Nebula begins in a deep midnight ground, where cobalt, violet, acid green, electric blue, molten orange and luminous yellow sweep into a dense field of star-like flecks. The brightest ribbons gather across the scoop neckline and bodice, then break into fluid bursts through the waist and flared skirt, with the same cosmic movement continuing across the whole piece. The sleeveless skater dress has a smooth, elastic polyester fabric, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh hem. Its skirt opens into a shifting wash of color as it moves.
