Bright planet-like forms gather through the center, while finer points scatter toward the hem, giving the whole dress a sense of motion. The sleeveless skater silhouette has a softly rounded neckline, an elastic waistline and a mid-thigh flared skirt. Smooth, elastic polyester follows the body before opening into pleats and swing; the coverstitch hem keeps its line as the colors ripple below.
