Nebula Dreams begins in a deep blue-gray starfield, where emerald, jade, coral, violet, cyan and electric pink clouds gather into botanical, almost planetary forms. The color shifts vertically across the skirt, with glowing clusters appearing around the waist and blooming more densely toward the mid-thigh hem. The skater skirt has a smooth fabric, a flared silhouette and an elastic waistband, with an overlock seam and coverstitch hemline.
